Day Two: How to Watch Live

The Manchester Open resumes today at the National Squash Centre today and we’ll be streaming live action from both show courts.

Court G1 will be streamed live with commentary on SQUASHTV, while Court G2 will be shown live on the Manchester Open Squash website. Live scores are available on the PSA World Tour website here.

The action on both courts will get underway at 12:00 (GMT +1).

On Court G1, the day’s play begins with an all-Egyptian encounter between No.3 seed Nour El Tayeb and Farida Mohamed.

El Tayeb and Mohamed are two of six Egyptian players involved on Court G1 today, with No.2 seed Tarek Momen and No.1 seed and last week’s World Championship winner Ali Farag both featuring.

Last year’s winner, Wales’ Joel Makin, is also involved. He takes on Aly Abou Eleinen, while there are three more British players on court; an English quartet comprised of last year’s finalist Sarah-Jane Perry, Georgina Kennedy, Patrick Rooney and Jasmine Hutton, with Hutton facing women’s top seed and defending champion Joelle King of New Zealand.

On Court G2, play begins with Malaysian No.1 Sivasangari Subramaniam up against Egyptian No.5 seed Rowan Elaraby.

There’s British interest in the following matches, with Scotland No.1 Greg Lobban facing Swiss No.7 seed Nicolas Mueller at 12:45, followed by Wales No.2 Emily Whitlock against No.2 seed Amanda Sobhy of the United States. Whitlock’s compatriot, Welsh No.1 Tesni Evans, takes on Egypt’s Nada Abbas at 18:45.
